--> 23:30.300 The Environmental Protection Agency was created to mount an attack on the interrelated problems of air and water pollution, 23:30.300 --> 23:35.300 solid waste, pesticides, radiation, and noise. 23:35.300 --> 23:40.400 State and local governments, industries, unions, universities, 23:40.400 --> 23:46.300 and other institutions are working to adjust themselves to this new awareness. care about the ecological questions which trouble us. 24:10.966 --> 24:17.999 These changes in attitude reflect that we, the people, have discovered that it's our air, our water, 24:18.000 --> complicated.
