DISPOSITION : March 26, 1953. The Brazilian Minerals & Timbers Corp., New 
York, N. Y., agent for Society Industrielle Capoise Cap-Haitien, claimant, hav- 
ing consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered 
and the court ordered that the product be released under bond to be reprocessed 
and repacked under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. As 
a result of the reprocessing operations, 1,738 pounds of the product were found 
unfit and were denatured.
