is unsafe within the meaning of the law, since it is a substajiee, not required

DEPOSITION: 'August 27, 1952..;;Fred Birdsall, Joseph Birdsall; J.: S.! Birdsall, 
and B. L. Birdsall, claimants, having consented to the entry of a decree,'judg- 
ment of condemnation was entered and the, court ordered that the product 
be released under bond for reprocessing into industrial alcohol, under the 
..supervision of the Federal Security Agency.

On September 29, .1952, the idecree, was amended to permit.theFarrners Union 
Grain Terminal Association, St. Paul, Minn., to be substituted as claimant 
and to permit the reprocessing of the product by scouring. o*.^-,,.

involved in the cases reported in the preceding notice of judgment, No. 19772, 
and in the following, No. 19774, for the purposes of the scouring'operations.
