ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about May 22 and 30 and June 17,1949, by the Niobe
Cheese Co., from Niobe, N. Y. 
PRODUCT:    102   40-pound rims of skim milk cheese at Jersey City, N. J. 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product was unfit
for food since it was musty; and, Section 402 (a)   (4), it had been prepared
under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with
filth.
DISPOSITION : November 29, 1949. Default decree of condemnation and de- 
struction.
