ALLEGED SHIPMENT :    On or about November 6,1947. from the State of Utah into
•   the State of Massachusetts.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration. Section 402 (a) (3). the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of de- 
composed turkeys.
DISPOSITION : July 30, 1948. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court 
imposed a fine of $200 against the defendant.
