ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about March 14,1947, by the Security Liquor Co., from 
St. Louis, Mo. This was a return shipment in possession of the original shipper, 
the Guttenberg Wine Co., Guttenberg, N. J.
PRODUCT: 333 cases, each containing 12 %-gallon bottles, of wine at Gutten- 
berg, N. J. .

NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (2), the article contained an 
added poisonous and deleterious substance, monochloracetic acid, which is 
unsafe within the meaning of Section 406.
DISPOSITION : May 20,1947. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condem- 
nation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
