ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 16,1947, from the State of Iowa into the State of Wisconsin. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent hair, insect fragments, cow hair, feather fragments, manure, and nondescript dirt; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: September 25, 1947. A plea of guilty having been entered, the court imposed a fine of $250 and costs.
