NATURE OF CHARGE: Misbranding, Section 403 (g) (1), the article failed to con- form to the definition and standard for tomato paste since the definition and standard specifies that tomato paste shall contain not less than 25.00 percent of salt-free tomato solids. DISPOSITION : November 1, 1946. The Tosi Trading Co., claimant, having con- sented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond for relabeling under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
