NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects and larvae. DISPOSITION : February 11, 1947. The Mineola Wholesale Grocery Co., Mineola, Tex., claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, con- ditioned that it be converted into animal feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
