NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, in- 
sect fragments, whole pellets of rodent excreta, fragments of rodent excreta, 
and rodent hairs.
DISPOSITION: October 17, 1945. The defendant having entered-a. plea of nolo 
contendere, the court imposed a fine of $150 and costs.
