cat, and human hair fragments, insect fragments, paint fragments, and wood 
splinters; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary con- 
ditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth.
DISPOSITION: September 14, 1944. A plea of guilty having been entered, the 
defendant was fined $500 on count 1, sentence was suspended on count 2, and 
the defendant was placed on probation for a period of 3 months.
