ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about July 13, 1943, by the Carthage Creamery Co., 
Carthage, Mo.
PRODUCT:   6   70-pound cubes of butter at Montgomery, Ala.
Examination disclosed that this product contained mold. 
VIOLATION CHARGED :   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in
whole or in part of a decomposed substance. 
DISPOSITION:   October 28, 1943.   No claimant having appeared, judgment of
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold to be denatured./
