Sorry for the delay--unavoidable. The letters and telegrams are all at the Offices--St. James Sq., and 86 Strand (1) to you, (2) to Hughes, (3) to Jones into Matron-in-Chief. I should like them all published. Will you have them copied and sent to me.
At present doubtful if Miss Campbell's case should come in? I am writing to her and have written to Perley about it, to whom of course as a matter of courtesy the correspondence should be submitted. No apology has been I think offered to Miss C., public or private. Should not this be done. Her lawyer, M -- had a letter stating that there were no charges against her. It would be nice if you, or whoever was the chairman of the Committee to write her brief letter. She was damned badly treated.
