Dear Ogden:
I had a delightful visit. Many thanks for your kind hospitality. I got in yesterday afternoon at five o'clock, after very comfortable trip. A few minutes after I got here an Associated Press reporter came, asking me the truth of the telegram in the New York papers from Milwaukee that I had charged the man $10,000, so somebody must have crammed the reporters in Milwaukee. I hope you will contradict the statement, please.
