Rapporteur of the Technical Preparatory Committee, summarizing

3) Adoption of the Draft Agenda prepared by the Preparatory 
Technical Comittee 
4) Report of the Credentials Committee 
5) Election of the President of the Conference and of four Vice- 
Chairmen 
6) Statements by delegates on the General attitude of their Govern- 
ments on the report of the Technical Committee 
{These statements will probably cover the whole of the 
Thursday and Friday meetings.)
