last meeting, that the second clause of Section V. be

mittee, will be voted upon.

delphia, offers the reduced rate of $3.50 a day to the Fel- 
lows of the Society. 
Fellows are requested to send the titles of papers to 
the Secretary by September 15, at the latest.
