Mr. Darrall introduced tlie following bill: 
A BILL 
To establish a marine hospital at Morgan City, in the State of 
Louisiana. 
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 
3 That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed 
4 to purchase such land and to erect thereon such buildings as 
5 in the opinion of the Supervising Surgeon-General of the 
G Marine Hospital Service shall be necessary for a marine bos- 
7 pital at Morgan City, in the State of Louisiana. 
1 . Sec. 2. That the sum of ten thousand dollars, or so much 
2 thereof as shall be necessary, is hereby appropriated, out of 
3 any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for 
4 the purchase of said land and for the construction of said 
5 buildings, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary
