JOINT RESOLUTION 
For the sale of the Naval and Marine Hospital at Chelsea, 
Massachusetts. 
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 
2 tines of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 
3 That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized to sell 
4 at public auction all the lands, rights, interests, real property, 
5 and privileges of the United States included within the limits 
6 of and known as the Naval and Marine Hospital, at Chelsea, 
7 in the State of Massachusetts, under such regulations and with
