of the State Board of Health 
It is the painful duty of the Chairman of the State Board of Health, to announce the 
death of the Secretary of the Board, Dr. George Derby. 
The Board have appointed Dr. F. W. Draper, temporary Secretary, to perform the 
duties of the office until a permanent Secretary is chosen. All parcels or letters, may, for the 
present, be directed as heretofore, to 102 Charles Street, or to 36 Worcester Street, Boston, 
the residence of Dr. Draper.
