The allowance of means of transportation for the use of posts, under General Orders, No. 146, War Department, Adjutant General's Office, October 9, 1865, is changed as follows: "For posts garrisoned by one company, and for every two companies at a post, one four-mule wagon, or an equivalent in horse teams or carts, when needed for public service."
