GEN ERA I, ORDERS, | No. 278. j Paragraph 1139, General Regulations of the Army, is amended to read as follows:— A citizen witness shall be paid his actual transportation or stage tare and three dollars a day while attending the Court, and while traveling to and from it, counting the number of days actually required to perform the journey, in no case at a less rate than at fifty miles a day.
