Cesnola, 4th New York Cavalry, is, by direction of the President, re- 
voked, and he is reinstated in his command, provided the vacancy in 
his regiment has not been tilled. 
11.. By direction of the President, so much of General Orders, No. 
208, of December 17, 1862, as mnsters out of service Additional Pay- 
master Silas B. A. Haynes, is hereby revoked, and he is reinstated in 
the service.
