Officers serving in the Quartermaster’s Department will issue to 
signal parties of the Army serving in their vicinity, such supplies as 
may he necessary for their proper equipment, on the requisition of the 
officer in charge of such parties. 
Bations will be issued to signal parties in like manner by officers of 
the Commissary Department.
