It having been ascertained to the satisfaction of this Department 
that Captain Dabney H. Maury, Assistant Adjutant General, Captain 
Carter L Stevenson, 5th Infantry, and 2d Lieutenant Edward Dillon, 
6th Infantry, entertain and have expressed treasonable designs against 
the Government of the United States, their names will be stricken 
from the rolls of the Army.
