OFFICE OF /f / // ■ fdZ' # / / (pSc/io. £ 77., C/yWd'S., //f'Ul, ./S’ 7<7. /7 7 / / / / Dear Doctor: We would feel greatly obliged if you will furnish us a complete history of the recent epidemic of Yellow Fever in your pi; ce. We desire it for publication in our next Report. The enclosed Memorandum is intended to give you some idea of the points we wish to obtain. Should you think of any others of interest, not included in the Memo- andum, we would be glad if you will also record them. The treatment of yellow Fever is a subject of the greatest interest, but we, acting in the capacity of a Board of Idealth, cannot embrace it in our Report. We have to request you to make the History as concise as possible consistent with an accurate account of the Epidemic, as our next publication will be somewhat crowded. Please write on only one side of the paper. The State Board will meet on the 6th of April nex", and I would be glad if you can furnish me the manuscript by the first of that month. The subject is one of great interest, and it is hoped that you will comply with our request. Very truly yours, I?* SH, Secretary State Board of Health.
