Dear Bill:
I am returning George Draper's memorandum which I have read with a good deal of interest, the more so because it happens to come when I am in the middle of reading Nocola Pende's latest book entitled Bonifica Umana Razionale.
I want to think the whole subject over thoroughly and do a bit more reading before having a talk with you perhaps some day in the autumn.  Our present docket is so heavily laden that there would not be much point in talking things over before the autumn anyhow.
