This talk was given in New York on the same day I had spoken to the Pharmacists in Atlanta, Georgia. The New York Academy of Sciences is one of the most prestigious scientific cotereies in America and I considered it an honor to be asked to speak to them, and an additional honor to receive recognition from them for my achievement as an education.
The remaining remarks at this gathering were essentially identical to those that I made on November 20, 1987 to the National Association of Government Communicators.
