Although I had spoken at Children's Hospital a number of times since its dedication in 1974 and had used it twice as the venue for a Surgeon General's Workshop -- as you will learn in this archive, the chief means I used to accomplish my agenda -- it was unusual to come back to Philadelphia and speak informally in the University Museum to the Children's Hospital Alumni Organization. This is separate from the 25 Year Club, which includes not only staff, but every variety of employee at the Children's Hospital as well. It is included in this archive to round out the other two presentations concerning the Children's Hospital and to speak more informally and anecdotally about the hospital and those who made it what it was.
