Dear Chick:
This is just a short note to let you know that we are continuing to support you here at your home base in Philadelphia.  We have been continuing to pray for you and Betty as a staff and as a congregation.
We are confident that God will use your leadership in a significant way in the new administration.  Over the past few months, I have sent several letters and telegrams to our senators in support of your confirmation.  I also was interviewed at length by the FBI in evaluation of your leadership here at Tenth.  These experiences have given me the opportunity to reflect fully on how much you have
given to us here and how valuable your contributions will be in the formulation of policy at the national level.
We wish you well and trust that God will strengthen you and Betty for the years ahead.
