Bon Voyage to Varmus, Bishop

   

 

 

Several hundred folks turned out for a campus reception to bid a fond farewell to our Nobel
Laureates Harold Varmus (left) and Mike Bishop as they made their way to Sweden to pick up
the big prize. At the December 1.party, both were presented with ceramic caricatures of
themselves, and were toasted by the Swedish Consul. If you'd actually like to see Bishop and
