Probably you know about the appeal of the group of
American scientists ( Cohen, Baltimore et al.) of the USA
National Academy of Sciences published in "Nature"

( Vol. 250, July 19, 1974).

In particular, these scientists declared for the
orgnization of the conference to discuss problems in
question.

I have heard that this conference is appointed
on February 1975, but I should like to know where it would
take place, what is the program, what is the Organizing
committee and who is the host. 2

I would be very much obliged to you if you could
give me some information about it and help me to get an
official invitation to the conference.
