I'm sorry the enclosure wasn't enclosed.  But the CETEX report in Nature for April 4 was what I had in mind.  There are a few points in that report which may be exceptionable; certainly there should be a microbiologist in COSPAR.
I will wait to hear from you again after the Program Committee meeting.
