Can you tell me if the Pro- and T6R characters in strain W4032 arose simultaneously with the Lac- deletion, or in separate steps?
Also, please note that I gave your strain W4047 to Uliyake[?], at Cold Spring Harbor.
I am just back in Boston, but my lab is not finished and we anticipate 3 weeks delay due to failed delivery of a Heinicke.
