Thank you very much for your note from the plane. I am including
the manuscript of Méller and both he and I would be most grateful for
comments and criticism.

I was sorry to hear that you could not fit in Stockholm; we shall
certainly renew this invitation, It would be wonderful to see you in
Bar Harbor. I don’t think I shail be able to stay in the United States
for longer than about September 14 but I would be most anxious to dis-
cuss with you about next year if there is any possibility, We can wait
until the Summer and see whether your plans permit that we meet some-
where. I do not think there will be any other occasion for my coming to
the States this year.
