Dear Josh:

Thanks for your letter of October 9. We are definitely reserving
the rooms on one side of the second floor of Biophysics for you, and |
have asked one of the administrative assistants in the Biophysics Labor-
atory to send you detailed floor plans so that you can begin to plan the
actual distribution of benches, etc. 1! will have him get in touch with
Milt Johnson for the detailed information about the benches that were
due to go into the rooms mentioned in your letter. 4 expect to be re-
turning from New York by way of St. Louis next Sunday night, October 19,
and will be staying over until the early afternoon of Tuesday, October
21, to learn the DNA polymerase assay method from Art Kornberg. Sylvy
Kornberg writes that she is notifying you of these plans and ! very
much hope that it will be possible for you to come down so that we can
all visit together at that time. Meanwhile, our best regards to you
