Dear Josh,

I shall give you more details concerning my travel plans.
I hope that I shall be able to spend the morning of April 11
with you and Esther in the laboratory.

I have had the greatest difficulties in getting any enzyme
activities in lysates of 'Gal 9'. I am trying again and also
running '3265, Gal 3'. When I join Hopkins we will get much
more steam on that program. At present I am doing it alone and
mainly in the evenings.

Hope to have some results. I had a letter from Gopal; he
will be here the 24th,
