enclosed please find a manuscript, dealing with the material of the seminar [ . . . ] in your Department this X-mas.   Since at that time some points were not clear, because of the lack of available experiments, I though you may be interested to see this work in a more complete form[?].  Would you be so kind and also give this text to Paul Berg, to whom I am particularly indebted, because of his keen interest in some biochemical problems related to our discourse.
