Senator Hill's Bill, S. J. Res. 41, 63 to 1%.

In mobilizing evidence for its passage, I found extremely
helpful your comments, as previously conveyed to me.

And so, in order to help make as fine and well-rounded record
for the Bill, I took the liberty of excerpting some of your message.

I hope that this proves satisfactory.

Enclosed are five copies of a reprint of my Congressional Record
statement.
