we have a@ program working for
your specific problem; the simplest thing you
can do is to send the data here. The program is

written in the machine language of our computer, >
and would be of no use to you as such. Mars

We have tried sending the flow ~
chart in our hand to a programmer of the Rome ee

7040, but the result was disastrous. We have sin-
ce written a program for 7040 in Fortran IV and
tested the program in Rome. It works but it con-
verges so slowly that there must be a mistake
somewhere. I would not like to send it around be-
fore it is fully debugged. If you send us the
data we trust to be able to fit them within 24/38
hours from reception.

The probabilities of being able
to come next summer are going up. My trip to Ice-
land is now settled from the 2ist to the 25th of
July, so that I praallne able to be in SFO on the
27th. On the other hand, on September 16 I am
