Dear Joshua,
We landed a few minutes before Friday noon but it was impossible to phone you, the lines being down.  We shall spend the weekend sight seeing and be in New York on Tuesday.  We plan to be in Madison on the 10th or 11th and will wire or phone you from New York as soon as able to give you details.  Thanks for your letter and help.  All the best to you and Esther,
