Dear Josh,
As a member of the editorial board of the Bull of the Cetomie Sci., I'm trying to solicit at least two articles. One would be concerned with the kinds of problems Westex has concerned itself with, emphasis being principally on contamination problems. Second would be on the direction our space program is going--maybe a "study" of the factors influencing its direction. Both subjects certainly fall in the preview of the Bulletin.
I think I spoke with you once about the first topic. Could you do it and/or recommend some one?
