Dear Joshua,

The housing bureau called me today and put me in touch with a
possibility which I think would suit you very well indeed, Mrs,
Carl Aschenbrenner, 1629 La Vereda Rd., Berkeley, wants to rent her
house for the second summer seesion, It is a beautiful place up in
the hills and somewhat larger than you would need, tt it is close
to the campus and thus very convenient, The rate is $85.00 per
month with tenant paying utilities, I have tentatively taken taken
it in your name, Would you write at once to Mrs, Aschenbrenner and
confirm, also letting her know approximately when you would be planning
to arrive out here and how long you want to stay, I understand she is
leaving about the middle of July so if you could get here a few days
before the beginning of the second summer session, it would be possible
for you to move in,
