I hope that you remember me!
I have a senior girl who wants to go into graduate work in Bacteriology. She is one of my current students and altho I do not know her well ( I have been here at Colby only 2 mo) she seems to be a steady sort of girl. Her record shows 1 A 27 B's 6 C's (semester grades). She has had Organic Chem. and Physics I and a year of College Math.
Two questions:--
1. Is it worth her while applying at Wisconsin?
2. Would you jot down her most likely prospects as regards other schools?
She needs some assisting or other financial aid.

I have followed your career from a distance. Journal articles--group photos etc. but have missed you and wife at Wood's Hole.
We made the big change from Union to Colby in September this year after 16 years at Union!!
