Dear Josh.,

Here are the Hfr.H strains, though
I expect you already have both of them.
The SSB,- prototrophic strain is also Azs$
and is the parent strain of Wollman's
non-lysogenic HfrH with which they did
all their work. As you know,the most
obvious difference between my Hfr and
Cavalli's is that his does not transfer
lamhda to the zygote as judged by zygotic
induction. I have not been able to do
any bench work for some time and have not
checked on these strains,but I anticipate
that they will be 0.K.
