The research project outlined in the enclosed application is
being prepared for review by the Morphology and Genetics Study
Section and the appropriate National Advisory Council, In review
ing this application, a member of the Study Section has suggested
that your opinion be obtained, regarding the scientific merits of
the project and the qualifications of the investigator. Your comment,
I am sure, will be of considerable assistance to the Study Section
members in their formulation of a recommendation concerning the
desirability of supporting this project.
