Science and Health, February 1-5, 1997

The Conference will be sponsored by Mahidol University,
by the South East Asia Regional Office of WHO, by the National
Research Council of Thailand, and the Department of Technical
Cooperation of Thailand. Participants will come from South East
Asia Region, and some countries from Western Pacific Region.

You are invited to participate in this conference which
will take place on February 1st, 1997, just after the Prince
Mahidol Award Ceremony on January 31st, 1997. WHO-SEARO will be
responsible for your living expense in the capacity of a
Temporary Advisor, during February 1-5, 1997. The following
draft agenda and assignment is based on the outcome of our
discussion in Chiangmai last year.

Session I Human genome mapping : Implications for Health
