My "vague" address is quite sufficient; but here is a card with more detail.
At moment I am quite upset by what seems to me the nonchalant approach being taken to inspect Iraq BW sites on the part of the UN commission. But I have been knocking on a lot of doors to try to energize a more concerted plan for exploitation and analysis. By the time the teams are on sites they may be all cleaned up!
I notice the name of a Prof. Bryan C. Banaso as a UK member of the CBW working group. Should you know him, would you communicate to him what needs to be done to make this an effective inquiry? I feel it imperative to get out the physical evidence of the Iraqi BW program to provide publically [sic] accessible substantiation.
