I hope, will fill in some of the gaps in your knowledge about the
Organization, You might wish to limit your immediate reading to Bhe
last two paragraphs and the Addendum, and leave the rest of the article
for reference purposes,

I am glad we had the opportunity to discuss the question of the
Moratorium. If you think that we might be of some assistance gither for
