Dear Dr. Baldwin:
Notices were recently posted here concerning Fulbright Act awards for study in Europe.  I would appreciate any general information that you may be able to distribute for awards to Italy, France, or the United Kingdom.
May I also enquire whether you have information concerning travel grants to encourage attendance at next summer's international congresses (Genetics and Microbiology, both in Italy).  I have read somewhere that the National Science Foundation is contemplating such subsidies.
