Many years since I thought of this.
Don't go to any great trouble; but if you can fill in any context for this it will make an interestingline in my memoir.
Actually 1947 is not <<< 1955 and Gene Garfield's paper in Science on citation indexing, which led me to an alliance with him.  There is an intellectual connection I had forgotten.
